Michael Li - Chief Executive Officer
Michael Li as the CEO of Linktone since April 2006. Prior to his appointment to the board of directors in February 2006, Mr. Li was Linktone's Chief Operating Officer from March 2003 to Apir 2006. Prior to his tenure at Linktone, Mr. Li was senior vice president of strategy and operations at Newpalm (China) Information Technology Ltd., a wireless value-added service provider in China. Before that, he served as an associate with Mercer Management Consulting and sales manager and director with IBM in China. Mr. Li holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Beijing University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.

Jimmy Lai – Chief Financial Officer
Jimmy Lai joined Linktone in April 2008. Mr. Lai has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting management, business development, as well as investor relations both in the United States and China. He joins Linktone from Palm Commerce Holdings, one of the leading IT solution providers for the China Welfare Lottery industry, where he was the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Palm Commerce Holdings, he worked at Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation in China (listed on the New York Stock Exchange and the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong) as the associate vice president of investor relations, and at AMX Corporation as the controller and later director of financial planning. Mr. Lai graduated from the National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan with a degree in statistics, and earned his MBA in accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Muliawan Guptha – Chief Strategy Officer
Muliawan Guptha joined linktone in April 2008. He is also a Director of MNC and Linktone. Mr. Guptha has been working with television broadcasting companies in Indonesia since 2001, including PT Cipta TPI, PT Musik Televisi Indonesia and PT Global Information Bermutu, in the areas of finance, technology and administration. These companies are affiliates of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNC), the largest and only integrated media company in Indonesia, which bought a controlling interest in Linktone in April of this year. Earlier in his career, Mr. Guptha spent several years in banking and financial services in Indonesia. Mr. Guptha holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Oklahoma City University, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma.

Anthony Chia - Chief Operating Officer
Anthony Chia joined Linktone in April 2008. Mr.Chia has over 30 years of media business operations and executive management experience, of which 12 years were spent with MediaCorp Singapore. Before joining Linktone, he acted as a senior advisor to PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (“MNC”), the largest and only integrated media company in Indonesia, and the controlling shareholder of Linktone following MNC’s strategic investment which was completed on April 3, 2008. While at MediaCorp Singapore, Mr. Chia spearheaded many projects including start-up investments in Starhub and CNBC Asia. He was also responsible for revamping its radio and television news operations. Prior to MediaCorp Singapore, he spent 12 years at the Port of Singapore Authority, holding several senior-level positions. Mr. Chia graduated from the University of Newcastle in Australia, earning degrees in Engineering (1st class honors) and Economics and received his Master’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the U.S.

Maggie Su - Executive Vice -President
Maggie Su joined Linktone in March 2007. With over eight years of extensive experience in SP industry, she is now in charge of wireless business management and operation in Linktone, including SP business and relevant sales and technical support. Prior to joining Linktone, Ms. Su served as senior manager in KongZhong Corporation, Newpalm (China) Information Technology Co., Ltd and Beijing International Trade Institute. Ms. Su holds a Bachelor of Economic Management degree from Qingdao Ocean University.
